A city within a city. The Woodner is one of the most emblematic buildings in the city. More than 2000 people call it home, they have their own supermarket, two bus stops next to each other and superb views to a Rock Creek Park arm. Located on 16th Street NW in a rapidly changing area, the Woodner had a glorious past as aluxury hotel.

With so many people living there, imagine the postman’s voluminous cargos at the end of the year. Remember to tip your postal workers!
