Rolling Thunder [#71]
Rolling Thunder [#71]
Every Memorial weekend, American and POW/MIA flags wave as motorcycles cross Arlington Memorial Bridge for the “Rolling Thunder” Rally in protest of the government’s failure to locate and bring back prisoners of war. In this illustration, the riders pause while a girl crosses the street. In the background, the Robert E. Lee Memorial in Arlington National Cemetery.
