Like this crossing guard, who makes everyone’s morning more agreeable. In the background of the image, the Hughes Memorial tower (the tallest structure in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area, with 761ft) rises above the gray patch of shops in Georgia Avenue NW.
About the artist:
Carlos Carmonamedina studied Fine Arts in Mexico and Romania. His artwork, which combines his love for travel, bicycles, food, old cameras and comics has been featured in many exhibitions around the world.
After living in Europe for 7 years, he is now settled in Washington DC, where he works as an illustrator and graphic designer.
