Chinese New Year in Chinatown [#4]
This scene takes place on the corner of 7th and H St NW, where a big colorful dragon plays with two children. The Friendship Archway designed by Alfred H. Liu stands in the background while big screens display the greatest American celebration, one that in 2016 coincided with the Lunar New Year: the Super Bowl.
